Variety are reporting that Emma Watson is tapped to star in Sofia Coppola’s (Lost in Translation, Somewhere) ‘The Bling Ring,’ the true story of a group of teenagers who commit a string of celebrity burglaries. To be co-produced, written and directed by Coppola, ‘The Bling Ring’ is based on a group of six teenagers who over the course of a year stole up to $3 million worth of goods from celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson, Megan Fox and Orlando Bloom.
